Booking & Payment Information
The day will consist of breakfast each morning from 9am till 10am. After this, children will get the chance to choose which fun activities they wish to take part in. We will then break for an hour lunch period.
All the children’s food will be provided by Fit Kid Zone and will follow the Solihull Council Standard.
At 1pm children will be dismissed.
To secure your child’s place please complete the online form adjacent.
If you do not receive benefits them there will be a small change of £10 per day with out food or £13 per day with food.
Due to limited number of spaces, once payments has been made, we cannot offer refund. All payment will be taken in advance at a rate specified for the specific club.

To secure your place you will need to send a copy of the letter from Solihull Council family information service , confirming that you receive free school meal benefit related.
If you have misplaced or lost this letter you will need to contact Solihull Council family information service were they can either resend the letter or send it via email to you.

Ones you have received this letter you will then need to send a copy to fitkidszone@outlook.com or take it to the school office.
Once this has been done your space will automatically be secured.
This must be done as soon as possible as places are limited and not secure until we have verified this letter.
